Castle Kona Bali Kai, Kailua-Kona

The experience was bittersweet. The condo had stunning views, which were definitely a highlight. Unfortunately, I encountered a truly hard bed that made sleeping uncomfortable and the overall cleanliness of the place left much to be desired. While I appreciated my oceanfront view, the state of the room and unresponsive service were major downsides.

Our stay left much to be desired. While the property has a great location, some areas are quite run down and the experience was marred by unexpected fees. We didn't get the cleanliness we expected, and the lack of reliable air conditioning was a big drawback. Overall, it felt more frustrating than relaxing.

I had a wonderful stay in an oceanfront condo that had stunning views and was very peaceful. The location was perfect for relaxing, and although the beach wasn't swimmable, I enjoyed the tide pools and the sounds of the ocean. We had a lovely experience at this resort spa. The oceanfront views from our condo were simply breathtaking, and the ambiance was perfect for relaxation. My stay was incredibly disappointing due to the room's filthy condition and lack of proper cleaning.
